Alina Andrei is the founder and managing partner of Cabot Group. Alina has experience in the preparation of transfer pricing files since 2008, the year of the publication of Order no. 222 / 2008 on transfer prices.
To date, Alina has assisted over 400 local and European companies with the preparation and documentation of transfer pricing files and has advised over 50 companies during TP file audits. Alina is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants and has graduated the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where she attended an Executive MBA program.
Before founding her own transfer pricing consultancy company, Alina also worked as a tax specialist with a Group of companies in the oil & gas industry, in the transfer pricing department of a Big4 company and with the Romanian Ministry of Finance (the General Directorate for the Administration of Large Taxpayers).
