They say that people don’t change, they just become more and more what they really are, and Marian is the example that confirms the thesis. The only thing that has changed about him – since we’ve known him – is the quality and speed with which he solves CABOT clients’ problems, the creative and insightful solutions with which he leverages his professional expertise gained over the five years we’ve been working side by side, day in and day out.

What hasn’t changed about Marian, however, are exactly the most important things we value about him – the fact that he is a reliable colleague, always ready to help, explain, support any of us. The fact that he not only integrated into the team, but also contributes to its cohesion and stability. The fact that he has beautiful values ​​like family and honour. The fact that he understands exactly that beyond the brand, the company and the professionalism, the human quality is what makes the difference.

Today we celebrate Marian’s fifth year as a member of the CABOT team, and, most of it, since we all think of him as a friend.

Marian is a manager at CABOT Transfer Pricing, having previously joined the company as a junior. Marian has previous experience in a Romanian tax and accounting consulting company.

Marian is a graduate of the master’s program in Criminal Sciences and the undergraduate program of the Faculty of Law of the Romanian-American University in Bucharest, and has successfully assisted in the preparation of transfer pricing files, as well as during tax inspections, companies from various fields – energy, construction, real estate, financial, IT, car production, processing in the lohn system.
